Employer is not notifying an employee of exposure to a COVID-19 case, not excluding employees who are COVID-19 positive or excluding employees who have had close contact with known COVID-19 case as well as not cleaning high touch surfaces. 1. The employer did not ensure that employees who were exposed to a known COVID-19 case during the high-risk exposure period in the management office were given notification of the exposure within one business day. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3). 2. The employer did not ensure that employees who were exposed to a known COVID-19 case during the high-risk exposure period were excluded from the work area until the requirements of subsection (c)(10) were met. T8 CCR 3205(c)(9)(B). 3. The employer did not ensure to exclude employees who are positive for COVID-19 until the return to work requirements of subsection (c)(10) are met. T8 CCR 3205(c)(9)(A). 4. The employer did not ensure to implement a cleaning and disinfecting procedure which includes the identification and regular cleaning of high touched surfaces in the waxing rooms, restrooms and in the reception area of the establishment. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(B). 5. The employer did not ensure that facial coverings were provided and worn by all unvaccinated employees at the restaurant store location. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(A). 6. The employer did not ensure to review applicable orders and guidance from the State of California and local health departments related to COVID-19 hazards and prevention, specifically the local requirements for the masking of employees. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(F). 7. The employer did not ensure to implement measures to communicate with non-employees the requirements for masking in the establishment. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(i). 8. The employer did not ensure that the restrooms in the establishment were kept clean and maintained in good working order and accessible to employees at all times. T8 CCR 3364(b).
