1. Sanitation workers are instructed by their supervisors to clean occupied nursing units, which includes but not limited to 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, and 1E with no proper personal protective equipment (PPE). The employer did not provide gowns and face shields or goggles that sanitation workers were told during COVID-19 safety meetings to use when cleaning the nursing units. 2. Sanitation workers were instructed by their supervisors to clean multiple nursing units at once with the same cleaning equipment. Sanitation workers were told in COVID-19 safety meetings to avoid cleaning multiple nursing units to limit cross-contamination.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 60
