In all buildings located on campus, the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not complying with CDC guidelines to maintain physical/social distancing, to stay at least 6 feet apart, especially when indoors. 2. In all buildings located on campus, the employer is not following CDC guidelines, to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not complying with CDC guidelines to ensure that the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) settings are set for maximize ventilation, specifically in classrooms that do not have windows that open or a potential for external airflow/ventilation.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-08-31
