1. The employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, in that the employer does not have, and has not trained employees on, a Covid-19 preparedness, response, and control plan(s) that is/are: (1) Specific to the workplace; (2) Identifies all areas and job tasks with potential exposures to SARS-CoV-2 and: (3) Includes control measures to eliminate or reduce such exposures. 2. The employer is not following CDC guidelines to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, in that employees working near Covid-19 positive residents are not provided personal protective equipment (PPE) such as, but not limited to, respiratory protection (N-95 masks), gowns, and gloves. 3. The employer is not following CDC guidelines to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, in that the employer does not clean and disinfect areas of the houses where Covid-19 positive residents have occupied.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 5
