Facility taking in new COVID cases: There is not adequate PPE. Some employees need gowns that are larger than those available. Employees are not permitted to change gowns after entering a room with a COVID case and must continue to wear the COVID contaminated gown. Employees are required to recycle N95 masks because there are not enough masks. There are not enough face shields or goggles.
