No social distancing, 40-50 people in small area waiting to clock in/out . 40-50 people in small break room at one time. No cleaning or sanitizing, No precautions being taken to prohibit sick people from working such as taking temperatures. Refusing to inform employees when they have potentially been exposed to other employees who have tested positive for covid 19 or exposed to employees who have been ordered to quarantine for 14 days. Not adjusting lunch / break time schedules to limit amount of people in enclosed spaces. No protective measures taken to make bathrooms safe or sanitary . 40- 50 people in enclosed space in the employee entrance waiting for supervisors or management to unlock doors to time clock so that they don't clock in late and get attendance points.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-04-06
