1. Workers are not 6 feet apart 2. Employees not working with masks on. 3. Common areas are not cleaned daily or disinfected. 4. Employees are not notified when someone is exposed or being tested for COVID. 5. There is around 30 employees in the building and within the past 2 weeks, 3 have been exposed to COVID positive case directly and were told there was no need to quarantine and they should continue to come to work. 6. Most of the employees can do their jobs from home but are not allowed that option. 7.
