1. On the roof, employees conducting maintenance work on the central exhaust system's motors contains live electrical wires thereby exposing employees to shock/electrocution hazards. 2. The employer did not train employees required to clean rooms which contain blood contaminated items such as but not limited to furniture and hypodermic needles thereby exposing them to blood borne pathogens. 3. In the first floor Hot Water Heater Room (across from Maintenance Room and to the left of the Pump Room), employees conducting maintenance are exposed to slip/fall and burn hazards due to the Hot Water Heater leaking hot water. 4. In the first floor Hot Water Heater Room (across from Maintenance Room and to the left of the Pump Room), employees conducting maintenance are exposed to a fire hazard in that there are various debris, equipment and laundry detergents blocking the exit door. 5. The employer did not follow CDC guidelines in that employees who tested positive for COVID-19 are allowed to return without testing negative for COVID-19 and affected employees were not made aware that they were exposed to COVID-positive employees.
