Regulatory Report
100 Myers Drive, Charlottesville, 22901 Virginia, United States
It is alleged that: Over the past two weeks there have been about a dozen employees test positive for COVID-19 with no preventative measures against spreading the virus to fellow coworkers and or customers of the dealership. There has been no quarantine enforcement for the 50 plus employees that have direct contact with any of the individuals that tested positive. No preventive measures are taken for employees or customers, i.e. cleaning affected areas. Management express that the CDC does not recommend cleaning and disinfecting areas or enforcing quarantine, which has put our community in great risk. Allowing people to come to work ill, 4 cases of Covid last week, and not informing employees or public God knows how many customers have been exposed because the people that have tested positive are in an out of the customers cars and the customers are not made aware of how many people that have tested positive. The customers continue to have direct contact with the work areas that covid positive employees work in.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-19
