1) Employees clean up liquid blood and have not been provided with appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, gowns, gloves, and eye protection. 2) Employees clean up liquid blood and have not been offered the hepatitis B vaccination. 3) Employees clean up liquid blood and have not received bloodborne pathogens training. 4) The employer has not established an Exposure Control Plan for bloodborne pathogens. 5) Employee's eyes are exposed to liquid splashes of corrosive chemicals such as floor cleaners. The employees have not been provided with appropriate chemical splash goggles. In addition, an appropriate eye wash station was not provided for employee use. 6) The employer has not developed and implemented a hazard communication program. 7) Employees have not received hazard communication training. 8) Employees have not been provided with face masks for protection against COVID-19. 9) Employees have not received COVID-19 training which included topics on disease transmission, hand washing, and social distancing.
