Not properly implementing MIOSHA Emergency Rules for exposure determination, COVID-19 preparedness plan, infection prevention measures, health surveillance, workplace controls, personal protective equipment, training and record keeping. 2. The department is not in full compliance with the OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard. 3. Fit testing for full face SCBA masks has been spotty every year. 4. Members not wearing the correct size SCBA mask they were fit tested on. 5. No qualitative fit testing for N95 masks and no fit testing of elastomeric half face respirators. 6.
