1. Three employees have been diagnosed with COVID-19, no information has been sent out to the existing employees. No one was notified. 2. The center is congested with people. There is traffic of over 100 people daily in the center. The place is very small, they have at least 4 people per a small room. 2-3 clients and 2-3 technicians and sometimes their supervisors or new technicians who are being trained. 3. Therapy rooms and bathrooms are never stocked up on the essentials like paper towel, hand soap, hand sanitizer. 4. Every 2 weeks there are employees diagnosed with COVID-19 and no one is notified.
