1. There is a 16 year old child who is running the front desk who has no customer service work experience. 2. There are homeless persons who sleeping in the building during the night who are also urinating on the outside of the building during the day. 3. The toilets are not cleaned, the floors are not clean, facility cleaning is not done on a regular basis. 4. The lighting on the inside of the church is very dim. 5. Staff are forced to work with homeless participants and others on a face to face basis, there are no physical barriers between customers or employees, there is a very high exposure to the risk of COVID. 6. The staff has not been provided with any new procedures or protocols pertaining to COVID nor are there any demarcation lines to maintain social distancing. 7.
