1. Employees are potentially exposed to ethylene oxide during COVID testing. With the push of COVID-19 shots to VA Medical Facilities, the COVID-19 testing kit that is going to be imposed on all employees that are not receiving the COVID-19 shot are the testing kits that have been banned and contain Ethylene Oxide. This condition is present at all VA Butler Medical center facilities to include the Community Based care facilities in Mercer, Cranberry, Ford City and Clarion.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 100
