The Blue Cross Blue Shield Retail stores in the East Providence and Cranston locations are not following the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to protect covered employees, such as nurses and dieticians, who are providing healthcare services. Health care services are defined as those provided by professional healthcare practitioners, who are generally licensed or credentialed, for the purposes of promoting, maintaining, monitoring, or restoring health. The employer is not complying with the ETS to include, but not limited to the following : a. The employer is not screening all employees and patients/customers that enter the facilities covered by the ETS. b. The employer is not requiring the use of face masks for facilities covered by the ETS.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 10
