The employer is not implementing safety practices to protect its office employees from the spread of SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) such as, but not limited to: 1. Screening employees temperature and assessing symptoms prior to starting work; 2. Providing barricades or other means of protection to employees; 3. Enforcing the use of masks when social distancing is not used during work; 4.
