Employees are eating and drinking outside of a COVID aerosolize generating patient's room. There is a lack of personal protection equipment used in positive rooms. There is also improper personal protection equipment being used inside COVID rooms. There is a lack of adequate ventilation in COVID rooms. The negative pressure rooms are being makeshift to the wall with duct tape.
