In the Emergency Room, the employer is not following policies and protocols to protect employees from COVID-19 hazards. On July 5th, 6th, and 9th, three fully vaccinated employees reported to the employer that they had some potential COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. sore throat, nasal congestion, and cough), and the employer required the employees to continue working.
