1. ABM manages the custodial, grounds, and maintenance for Saginaw Public School District. There are 10 different buildings with confined spaces. Workers enter spaces once a month. There are potentially 2 or 3 workers at risk. ABM doesn't have a confined spaces policy or training for workers on-site. Employees were told about a near miss with an employee being electrocuted and another space where the air is thin, The employer was asked for the training and safety equipment. We were told they don't have either. 2. The School district also has ABM custodians fog classrooms at night with ULV500. This product is not approved by the EPA for killing Covid-19. It's not on the N list. They tell teacher and parents it kills COVID. This negatively affects all students and teachers throughout the Saginaw School District.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
