Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that 2 employees tested positive for COVID-19 within approximately the last week and 2 other employees in the las few days. It was further reported that employees who were in direct contact with those who tested positive were not required to self-quarantine for any amount of time and have been asked to continue to work with other employees. The employer has not enforced and implemented precautions such as, but not limited to, self-quarantining of those employees that may have had exposure from a coworker and disinfecting the workplace adequately after employees known to have COVID-19 were at work. This is contrary to Section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 9
