1. Employees are exposed to amputation hazards from the large belts and pulleys on the motors in the wastewater area that are not enclosed. 2. Employees are exposed to electrical hazards from the electrical wiring that are exposed to wet locations from water and fat and are not rated for the exposure. 3. Employees are exposed to struck-by hazards from the garage door that is lifted up with a fork truck and held into place with a pole. The pole has kicked out before and door can fall. 4. Employees are exposed to illnesses including coronavirus and the employer does not enforce the use of masks in the wastewater area when employees are working in close proximity to each other.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 10
