1. When employees were tested for COVID-19 and testing was inconclusive and had to be retested they were allowed to continue working potentially exposing their co-workers to CoviD-19. These employees were not isolated and/or quarantined in accordance with OSHACDC and State Guidelines. 2. Class rooms where an employee had tested positive for COVID-19 were not adequately shut down and deep cleaned before being occupied in accordance with OSHACDC and State guidelines. 3. When an employee tested positive for COViD-19 all other employees who had close contact with this employee were not notified. 4. Employees who sustained a COVID-19 illness while working are not being recorded on the OSHA 300 form. 5. The employer does not have a COVID-19 Plan or Program.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 1
