Description of complaint: EE states that employees were exposed to a known positive case of COVID-19. Stating that one of the cooks was positive exposing the entire staff to COVID-19 as the cook was not excluded from the workplace. Another employee had symptoms of COVID-19 and was not excluded from the work place. There is only one kitchen which all servers and must use to serve customers. The EE is worried because the staff which was exposed to the positive case worked a rehearsal dinner and a wedding possibly exposing more staff members and the public to COVID-19. 1. The employer did not ensure to exclude COVID-19 cases from the work place until the return to work criteria subsection (c)(11) has been met. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(10)(A). 2. The employer did not ensure to exclude employees from the work place who have been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(10)(B).Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
