1. A staff member has a daughter at home that tested positive for COVID on 4/16/2021. SCCMHA's response to the staff was to continue to come to work, since she is not experiencing COVID symptoms. The staff was not instructed to isolate/quarantine or work from home. SCCMHA did not require the staff to take a COVID test to be able to return to work 2. We have been forced to do home visits and our putting families at risk. 3. The building at 1040 N. Towerline is small is does not have many employees. There have been several cases of COVID-19 circulating throughout the building. 4. We have not been directly told if we have been exposed, however those out sick have confirmed with other employees that they have COVID. 5. They have a COVID screen questionnaire that we must do every day, however people are not honest and will come to work anyway.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-22
