1. Employees have received text notifications stating that 10 of their peers have tested positive for Covid over the past two weeks, and that text also states that the store has been extensively cleaned and disinfected per their daily routines. 2. They no longer have a daily cleaning schedule that is repeated throughout the day. 3. They have cart cleaners who disinfect the carts and we have a self checkout advocate that cleans the self checkout lanes after each guest has used one. Other than that there is one cleaning of the office area that gets completed in the mornings. 4. Employees are concerned that they are not notified if they were in direct contact of one of these positive cases so that they could quarantine or get tested themselves. 5. CDC guidelines are not being followed in the store as guests and fellow team members are often closer than six feet apart. 6. Guests without masks or masks that are being worn incorrectly are allowed to approach employees and get very close to employees which makes employees feel uncomfortable.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-03-31
