Regulatory Report

23555 Allen Road, Woodhaven, 48183 Michigan, United States

1. Within the last 14 days, there have been ten positive cases at the store. In the text that is sent out to inform employees, it is only stated when the employee was last in the store was and that the store has been "extensively cleaned and disinfected per our daily routines". 2. No one that has spent long periods of time around the employees that have tested positive have been personally notified so that they can quarantine, and the cleaning routines only include cart cleaning (not hand baskets) cleaning self check outs between uses, lockers/desks/break area items wiped down at beginning of day (not repeated throughout day). There are no other cleaning routines that are followed daily. 3. Not only is there a COVID outbreak in the store, leaders do not follow through with the mask mandate or CDC guidelines. Customers are allowed to enter the store maskless, or with their masks worn incorrectly, and approach employees within six feet. Employees are told they are not allowed to tell customers to put their masks on, or to wear them correctly. 4. There are multiple work centers throughout the store where employees are working alongside each other closer than six feet. When brought up to leadership, they're told "that's how target wants it done" and to just wear a mask.
