1. No social distancing being followed in the radio station, especially in the newsroom on the riser. 2. Masks not stored properly, they are left on a desk for employees to use, scattered and outside of the plastic packaging. 3. No disinfectant spray provided for daily cleaning. 4. They required the use of "Safety App" for COVID screening but no one checks it to see if it is being used. 5. Housekeeping of the facility is very poor; paper and debris everywhere. 6.
