1. The entire office staff was missing due to a COVID-19 outbreak. The dispatcher that all the truck drivers interact with was in the hospital with COVID-19. 2. They did not inform anyone, nor ask anyone who had contact with them to quarantine. 3. No one in the office was wearing masks in quite some time. 4. Employees have not had screenings in several months. 5. They informed employees of the outbreak several days later by hanging a paper notice on the wall.
