1. Employees on the line are extremely hot. 2. There is no circulation for the fumes or heat in 97 degree weather. 3. There are exhaust fans on the ceiling that are not on. 4. Employees are mandated to wear masked because of the Covid-19 and it is extremely hot and hard to breath in the masks. 5. There is primer used before the application of the seal on the glass and other chemicals that should be exhausted for health purposes to prevent prolonged inhalation. 6. There are huge exhaust fans in the ceiling on the 'Line' side but they are not on. 7.
