Safety Report: Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, National Record Retrieval, 101 E Carmel Dr, CARMEL, IN, 46032, USA

3 years ago business

Regulatory Report

101 East Carmel Drive, Carmel, 46032 Indiana, United States

In a small office, distancing is not possible. One member of the operations management team has refused, since at least August to wear a face covering, sanitize or allow social distancing. This manager requires the four people on her team to gather in small rooms together, with no masks (they are yelled at, ridiculed and mocked for wearing a mask by PII), for over an hour daily. The company continues to bring people back in to the office who have been safely working at home, therefor creating a dangerously crowded environment. The building itself was without water in the women's restroom for over 2 weeks before the company contacted the building owner to get repaired. To date 14 people of the 31 person staff have tested positive for COVID-19 after being in the office with no mask and distancing, the company has not made the employees aware that they were exposed on any of those occasions, it was found out from the employee themselves doing their civic duty to notify. After repeated pleas from a VP to enforce the face covering rule set forth by the company last summer, the bullying of those wearing masks and keeping their distance has created not only a health violation environment but a toxic one that gives employees the choice to either stay safe, or lose their jobs.
