1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 due to the employer not providing personal protective equipment for the removal of potential COVID contaminated masks. Potential OSHA Standard: OSH Act Section 5(a)(1) 2. Employees are exposed to slip and fall hazards from shop floor drains that back up on to the shop floors. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.22 3. Employees are exposed to unsanitary conditions from cracks in walls that permits the entry and harborage of rodents. OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.141 4. Employees are exposed to unsanitary toilet facilities that are not cleaned regularly and are not provided with hot water and hand soap. OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.141. 5.Employees are exposed to electric shock as there is a missing Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) on the south wall between oil change & detailing departments. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.301 6. Employees are not trained in the hazards of the cleaning chemicals used for automotive detailing. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.1200 7. Employees are exposed to CO when using a diesel powered pressure washer that is not exhaust vented to the building exterior.
