Located at Rosie's Gaming Emporium, 1. Employees who are experiencing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 illness are allowed to remain at work. 2. Employees who have had close-contact with an employee who tested positive are not notified within 24 hours upon discovery of exposure. 3. Customers/patrons in the smoking section and throughout the facility, who are not actively smoking and/or drinking, are not wearing a face covering. 4. Employees who cannot maintain social distancing are being exposed to customer/patron not wearing face covering. 5. No engineering controls such as barriers are installed in work areas where employees interact within 6 feet of customer/patrons. 6. Customers/patrons are allowed to enter without wearing a face covering. 7. Cleaning and disinfecting is not being done well enough. No enhanced cleaning and disinfecting after discovery of COVID-19 positive employees. 8. Leave and points policy causes employees to come to work sick. 9. Two employees have died from COVID-19. The employers COVID-19 protocols are ineffective.
