1. Management had not instructed employees on proper mask use until 03/01/2021. 2. Despite mask requirements and the recent instruction, masks are either not worn, or improperly worn by many employees. Management does not enforce the policy. This exposes at-risk employees to potentially contracting the virus. 3. On Saturdays and Sundays, few employees wear masks due to the absence of supervisors. 4.
