1. The employer has not implemented good infection control housekeeping practices of regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment when employees have tested positive for COVID-19. 2.The employer's infection control program is not adequate as they are not ensuring that employees who have been diagnosed with covid-19 are kept separate from employees that have not tested positive. Employees are required to carpool to other locations to perform inventory with employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 without social distancing and providing masks. 3. The trucks are often loaded unsafely and load stack collapses when employees unload the boxes. Employees are often hit in the head with falling boxes. 4. Employees are made to carry heavy pallets that causes splinters trying to get them through the man door because the jack doesn't fit through the door. Employees are not provided gloves for protection. 5. Fixtures are stacked unsafely and the hooks poke out and the shelves fall. 6. The warehouse has multiple trip and fall hazards.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 12
