Regulatory Report

11457 Hannan Road, Romulus, 48174 Michigan, United States

1. Zipster encourages customer contact and blames Amazon stating that Amazon finds them noncompliant if they don't. 2. They do not make employees social distance during stand up meetings in the morning with over 30 employees per day. They do not encourage social distancing and make employees lie to Amazon and tell them that they do not have stand up meetings because Amazon told them there would be repercussions if they did. 3. They do not encourage mask wearing. 4. They have personal protection masks and gloves placed in bags for employees but do not encourage the use of them. They are the leftovers that Amazon gives them which they leave inside of a dispatch van. 5. The president does not believe in COVID-19 and doesn't take it seriously. 6. The phones used by employees as delivery devices have not been sanitized daily after employee use. They give employees different devices every day that coworkers have used the previous day. 7. The vans are not being sanitized or wiped down unless the employees do it that day fromt he last employee from the previous day. 8. On February 5th, Amazon told the employee to quarantine but they were told they could quarantine in their vehicle that they're delivering packages out of and to continue working. Employee was also told not to contact the health department. 9. Employees told they would be reprimanded if they quarantined or complained. Employees told they would not be compensated for having to quarantine. 10. Employees bring their concerns to management but they go unanswered.
