1. Mandatory face to face Purchasing meeting held on January 25, 2021. Fifteen staff members attended onsite in the same conference room. Five of those individuals did not wear a mask during the 1.5 hour meeting. One leader was presenting and walking around without a mask covering. 2. There has been no COVID updates to current required seating space, conference rooms, cubicles, or ventilation system. 3.
