1. The eight aisles located near the restrooms, by Assembly and in the warehouse are cluttered and blocked making it difficult to pass through(Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.22, 1910.176 2. The pallets on the racks in these aisles are unstable and not properly placed, exposing employees to falling/struck by hazard( Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.176) 3. Exits and means of egress are blocked with material ( Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.36) 4. In the back area by punch press and automatic debris machine, employees handling sharp metal have not been provided protective gloves, and have experienced cuts ( Applicable OSHA standard: 29 CFR 1910.138 ) 5. In packaging area near "OSHA" first aid station there is oil on the floor from machines causing slip/fall hazard( Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.22) 6. Employees are not provided or allowed to use the first aid supplies when they need it ( Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.151) 7. Employees are not required to wear hardhats when changing out the large metal rolls/coils on machines( Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.135) 8. Wearing steel-toed safety shoes by employees, including contract workers, is not enforced in the Assembly area ( 29 CFR 1910.136 ) 9. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding conduct employee screening and perform handwashing when entering the building to start work shift. 10. The employer is not following CDCC guidelines regarding social distancing at lunch when all employees take lunch from 11:30AM to 12 noon, or for unmasked employees that congregate five or six at once at the back door for smoking breaks throughout the day.
