1) Employees are not required to take minimum precautions (mask, social distance, hand sanitizer) to prevent the spread of COVID 19 virus. 2) Serviceable fire extinguishers are not readily available throughout the truck maintenance bays. 3) Fire evacuation plan or map, have not been developed for truck maintenance bays. 4) Front end loader is used with damaged cargo straps to lift/pull heavy items such as commodity trailer belts. 5) The use of personal protective equipment is not enforced in the truck maintenance bays. This includes safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots. 6) Hazard awareness and warning sings are not posted, such as hearing protection required, no smoking, restricted area. 7) The steel cable on the Dragon roll bed trailer is frayed and damaged.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 30
