Regulatory Report
721 South Health Parkway, Three Rivers, 49093 Michigan, United States
1. Proper PPE equipment is not being furnished to staff in regard to isolation, putting staff (Nurses) at risk. The gowns are a garbage bag plastic that are so large that nursing cannot work efficiently and properly when taking care of patients. 2. N95 mask are not being provided. They claim that what they have is the only masks they can get, however other hospitals seem to have the right PPE attire. 3. Employees are not being properly fit tested for N95 mask sizes. I have worked for over a year and have yet to be fit tested. Every bedside health employee is at risk for the lack of appropriate fitting and adequate PPE (i.e.,gowns and face masks).Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-10
