Located at Casey Honda, the employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace in that: 1. The Service Department is experiencing an outbreak in COVID-19 cases due to a party several employees attended outside of work. VDH required several teams (3) to go home, quarantine, and get tested. The employer is telling employees not to get tested if they do not have any symptoms so they can stay at work because they cannot afford to have so many Service technicians out of work at one time. 2. The employer is not notifying all employees who may have been exposed to COVID-19 positive employees. 3. The employer does not provide sanitizing materials (wipes, sprays, etc.) to employees to aid in enhancing disinfecting of surfaces. Employees bring in their own materials. 4. The employer has not adequately cleaned/sanitized those work areas where COVID-19 positive employees had been working.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 6
