Alleged hazards: First Complaint- (11/18/2020) - Two employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and they were never taken off the work schedule. They were told not to say anything and continued to work normal hours. They did not go under quarantine, and the rest of the 8 employees were not made aware that team members were positively tested for COVID. The owner threat also threatened another employee that if they did get tested for COVID, they would get fired. - This is for all three locations that fall under Liv A Latte or Liv Refreshed. Second Complaint- (11/24/2020) - Two employees tested positive for COVID-19 and the owner had them stay on full or part time schedule, the owner has threatened to fire anyone who gets a COVID test.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-18
