As well as provide hand sanitizing stations for employee use in the Solids Control building. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(D). 4. The employer did not ensure to have an effective procedure to conduct an investigation into a positive case in the workplace. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B). 5.
