1. The employer failed to clean and disinfect the areas, material, and equipment in the warehouse used by COVID-19 cases during the high-risk exposure period. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C) 2. The employer failed to ensure that all employees are separated from other persons by at least six feet, except where an employer can demonstrate that six feet of separation is not possible, and except for momentary exposure while persons are in movement.
