1. Employees have been working 8 months with improper fitting n95's. There are 4 providers and 4 MAs being exposed because of this safety concern. 2. We do not carry the type of n95's that we were properly fitted for. If anything happens to the one correct fitting n95, we are back to wearing the one that does not fit because that is the only option. 3. Some of the isolation gowns being worn are the original from when the pandemic began because all the PPE is locked up, not readily available. 4. One of the MAs failed all n95's at the fit test Monday and no alternatives have been discussed, yet she still has to interact with covid evaluation patients. 5. We are so short staffed that there are times when the MA at the front desk cannot leave to use the bathroom.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-12
