1. All employees required to return to the job site, on June 29, 2020, for in-person teaching with clients when employees have been performing the same work remotely for the past three months. 2. No provisions for daily screening records to be maintained. 3. Social distancing of six feet not able to be maintained during teaching sessions due to the number of people in the room. 4. No previsions for masks during teach sessions in the employer's plan. 5. Students with behavioral issues are a concern; due to their potential covid-19 status and the high potential for these students to not follow covid-19 workplace rules. 6. The majority of staff and students have the same start and end times; thus creating congestion at the only entry point. 7. No plans for limiting onsite staff by allowing staff to work remotely for majority of their work. Employees only allowed to work remotely with medical exception and then for only two weeks. 8. No provisions for masks to be worn in the workplace which is an office.
