Regulatory Report
2223 Barrett Drive, Greenfield, 46140 Indiana, United States
'- This Kohl's location is not doing any contact tracing when an employee reports they have a positive Covid-19 test result. There have been many positive positive cases reported and no employee has been notified to quarantine. - The cashiers are separated from the customer via plexi- glass, but the cashiers work very closely together training and answering questions for each other, the cashiers are not separated by plexi-glass. - The break room is extremely small, probably based on covid-19 requirements only big enough for 3 employees at a time, and often, especially during shift change, there are 8-10 employees in the room not wearing mask. - During the truck unload process: when the equipment is setup to unload the truck the dock is extremely crowded (probably not safe even without covid), there are 6-10 employees working shoulder to shoulder, bumping into each other, for 2-4 hours at a time. When working on the dock, it is the employee's choice whether to wear a mask or not, and most choose not to wear a mask, putting others at risk.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-08
