Regulatory Report
14400 Bergen Boulevard, Noblesville, 46060 Indiana, United States
'- In the powder coat paint room no safety precautions are taken such as properly maintained ventilation, respiration or skin protection. Vents in the booths are to be changed monthly, they havent been changed in 6 months. Employees get powder coat in their mouth, nose, and hair constantly. - Covid is breaking out at this employer and employees get the same scripted email everytime there is a batch of new positive cases among employees. The Covid protocol in the building isnt changing, and the temperature checking kiosk is highly inaccurate, regularly giving some readings of 95 degrees or lower. - No PPE is provided for powder coat painters, ventilation is not properly maintained as the vents in the spray booths havent been changed in months. The powder coat lingers in the air and creates a thin layer on the floor that makes it very slippery and dangerous.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-09
