Where numerous employees have tested positive for the virus, and/or have been diagnosed with the infection, the employer has not informed coworkers who had, or could have had contact with the affected employees; 2. No health screening, other than a body temperature check, is conducted; 3. The workplace has not been deep-cleaned nor sanitized; 4.
