1) Employees are exposed to electrical hazards in that the employer allows exposed wires to be present on the conveyers and plastic wrappers in areas such as but not limited to the main plant and the C-Line. 2) Employees are exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer allows a material elevator motor to be held in place with a chain fall. 3) Employees are exposed to amputation hazards in the the employer allows the C-Line to operate with missing or broken guards around pinch points. 4) Employees are exposed to slip/trip hazards in that the employer allows that material leaks creating a slippery muddy mess in the material storage areas. 5) Employees are exposed to health hazards in that the employer fails to maintain the employee bathrooms and break areas in a sanitary condition. 6) Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer does not develop and implement methods/practices to protect employees per CDC guidelines.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
