As it pertains to both the Milford, Shelton, and Fairfield Locations: 1. It is alleged that several employees have test positive and all employees were not notified at all and/or within a timely manner of a potential indirect and/or direct coronavirus (COVID-19) exposure or encounter. 2. Employees working in close proximity to each other and patients are not practicing social distancing in accordance with CDC Guidelines when working and moving throughout the facility. Staff is not properly trained on the current guidelines, including those from the CDC and OSHA. 3. Proper disinfecting and cleaning is not being performed in accordance with CDC Guideline, including high touch areas and areas were several positive COVID cases within the facilities. 4. CDC Guidelines, such as but not limited to, the Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) are not being followed. It is alleged that the devices used for taking the temperatures of staff and patients are not properly calibrated. note: there have been three (4) complaints filed against the Fairfield location since September 21, 2020, two (2) again the Shelton location and one (1) against Milford.
